Yes. Every cartridge is board-checked against a known-good reference before listing. We do not stock reproductions or bootlegs, and if we ever ship one by mistake it comes back at our cost.
Refurbished consoles are opened, cleaned inside and out, tested for a full session and recapped where the age of the hardware calls for it. Cosmetic wear is described honestly on each listing and shown in the photos rather than hidden.
Orders placed before midday on a business day usually leave the same day, otherwise the next business day. Every parcel goes out tracked and you get the number by email.
Yes, within thirty days. The item needs to come back in the condition it arrived in. If the fault is ours we sort out the return at our cost.
