Tracked delivery on every order, and a thirty day return window on everything we sell.
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where the parcel is going and what is in it.
Orders placed before midday on a business day usually go out the same day. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
We pack consoles double-boxed with the cartridge slot protected, because the postal service is not gentle with thirty year old plastic.
RETURNS
Thirty days, no restocking fee. The item needs to come back in the condition it arrived in with everything it shipped with.
If the item is faulty or not as described, the return is on us. If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return postage.
